Anniversary of Vladimir Viktorovich Lukianov
Abstract
The Department of Criminal Law of the law faculty, St. Petersburg State University, congratulates Vladimir Lukianov on his 60th anniversary which he celebrated on January 10, 2017 and with all its heart wishes him good health, happiness, and professional success. Vladimir Viktorovich has been working at the University for over 30 years. Professional qualities of V. V. Lukianov enable him to successfully perform not only research and teaching activities, but also to take senior management positions at the St. Petersburg State University. Within the period from 1995 to 2011, Vladimir Lukianov took the following positions in sequence: Deputy Dean for Research of the St. Petersburg State University; First Deputy Dean of the Law Faculty, and Provost for Implementation of Educational Programs and Research in Medicine, Medical Technologies, Dentistry and Legal Science of the St. Petersburg State University. From 2009 to 2016 V. V. Lukianov headed the Department of Criminal Law of the St. Petersburg State University. From 2011 to 2015 Vladimir Viktorovich headed the Main Department of the Ministry of Justice of Russia in St. Petersburg. Currently, the celebrant holds the position of the Head of the Main Department for the Use and Protection of Intellectual Property of the St. Petersburg State University. Under supervision of V. V. Lukyanov, the University successfully carries out activities for protection of the intellectual property rights. In collaboration with the colleagues from the Department of Criminal Law, V. V. Lukyanov has been involved in development of fundamental textbooks on General and Special parts of the Russian criminal law. Vladimir Viktorovich distinguish responsiveness, humanity and respect for colleagues and students.
