Abstract
Published in 2024, the monograph is a continuation of the author's long—term research, which he began as a graduate student at the Department of Criminal Law at Leningrad State University, reflected in his PhD and later doctoral dissertations and other works related to the systematic construction of the philosophy of crime and punishment and, finally, comprehended the moral foundations and religious origins of criminal law.
