Call for papers for the thematic issue “Modernization of law and development of the Chinese economy”

 

This issue is devoted to the scientific and practical problems of modernizing the Chinese legal system. This modernization is designed to stimulate economic growth and adapt the market economy to the dynamic and rapidly changing economic landscape.

Special Issue Guest Editors:

Alexander Molotnikov, PhD in Law, Associate Professor at the Department of Business Law of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov, Head of the Center for Asian Legal Studies of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University, Chairman of the Board of the Russian-Chinese Law Society. Unique books “Legal Foundations of Business in China” and “Selected Works of the Law Faculty in Harbin” were published under the editorship of Dr. Molotnikov.

Vyacheslav Sevalnev, Ph.D. in Law, Leading Researcher of the Anti-Corruption Methodology Department of the Institute of Law and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, “Guest Researcher” of the Research Center for the Search for Corrupted Personnel and the Asset Recovery of Member States The G20 Peking Pedagogical University (PRC). Dr. Sevalnev is the author of more than 30 scientific articles and monographs related to the study of the PRC legal system, including the monograph “Anti-Corruption in China: Legislation and Law Enforcement.”
